I was walking around Harrison and Kearny recently, looking at the old Paterson and Newark RR (Newark Branch) and the NYGL rights of way, and for the past week have been trying to figure out the exact history of the line (seen easily in aerial photos) that went from the eastbound NY&GL to the Paterson and Newark way way back when (west of the Hackensack).
